Hello Matt,
Curious to know if you would want to create a name which is more French/Spanish to immerse more here also to separate you from your role as Ocian President.
The capital at the moment is Bourdon (on the Island of Bourdon), because of the (I'm sure you are aware of) situation regarding our other lands.
